The good news we have here is that you have a knee injury, not a back injury.

If you had a back injury, losing weight would have been a whole lot harder.

To manage your knee, you have to be careful not to injure the knee again:

  1. Never overtrain, and damage the knee more
  2. Avoid stressful people and environment

  1. Swimming
  2. Bench Leg raise
  3. ‘Water flush

To me, swimming is the best workout in the entire world.

The second exercise most injured people can engage in is the bench leg raise.

Yet it works out all the muscles of the front and side abdominal muscles, and most importantly, the back muscles.

This is common in both nature, for preys to freeze in place, when in the vicinity of a predator.

In the same vein, when a human is stressed out, the freeze by sucking in their stomachs.

The problem here is that some people have gotten so used to this act that they freeze at the slightest provocation.

This is bad, as sucking in your stomach is bad:

  1. It prevents you from breathing air, which helps in burning food in the body, which causes the body to store those foods, which causes fat.
  2. The digestive system is rearranged, by the sucking in motion, which in turn leads to bloating and constipation.
