To lose 10 pounds in a week is not an easy task, but at the same time, it is not entirely impossible.

Both lost such amount of weight within an hour, therefore losing 10 pounds in a week is not impossible.

1. Water Flush (Not Drinking Water)

  1. Get a 150 cl bottle. You can buy this from a store or use, the empty bottle of a 150 cl soda.
  2. Immediately after waking up (before you even brush your teeth). Fill the 150 cl bottle with water of room temperature. Make sure the water is room temperature.
  3. Drink the entire contents of the bottle within 5 minutes. Make sure 10 mins have not passed since you woke up and when you finished drinking the 150 cl bottle of room temperature water.
  4. At noon or when your urine starts becoming colored, fill the 150 cl bottle with water.
  5. Add 3 spoons of apple cider vinegar to the 150 cl of water.
  6. Drink 75cl of the apple cider vinegar water by noon.
  7. By 6 pm drink the remaining half (75 cl) of the bottle.

Note: Drinking water more than 2 liters in one sitting is strongly advised against, as it can cause death, due to water intoxication.

Also, water should preferably be at room temperature, but any water between 25°C (77°F) – 40 °C(104°F) is ok since the aim of this is not to stay hydrated but to flush your entire system like you flush your toilet.

2. Diet

As you try to lose 10 pounds in a week, your diet should contain lots of proteins and fewer carbohydrates and fats.

Many people recommend the cabbage soup diet, but personally after trying it, I feel, and believe I speak for everybody who has ever tried the cabbage soup, that it is disgusting.

Instead, you should try the stir fried cabbage diet.

During this rapid weight loss phase, you are strongly advised to avoid, poached or fried eggs.

Instead, you should eat hard boiled eggs.

Also, you should avoid, flesh or meat from pork, reptiles, like snakes etc. For some reason, it affect many people.

Fish and meat from ruminant animals is the best source of protein for you during your weight loss journey.

Also, crustaceans, such as lobsters, shrimps and crayfish, since they are the cockroaches of the sea, and generally, offer no added nutritional value, which cannot be provided by the allowed meat sources.

Most importantly, avoid eating unnecessary junk food. Learn how to eat clean, by cooking for yourself.

3. Exercise

I for one, love working smart, not hard. In other words, I like working like an ant, and eating like an elephant, and not working like an elephant and eating like an ant.

Working smart is what separated the winners, from the second bests.

There is no point working hard in the gym, just to impress people around you when there are better workout alternatives, that will maximize your weight loss results.

You must realize that the body and a house have one thing in common… they are both buildings.

Whereas a house is an inorganic building, a the body is an organic building.
