What, you did was a good thing, as you have identified your problem in life.

But I am afraid you might not achieve your goal in life because like all humans, we all do the wrong thing of being double-standard hypocrites.

I mean, why should there be problems in the world, if we ever listen?

The worst part about this is that you might read the entire contents of this post, and never get to use it.

Then, later on, you go about blaming everybody around you for your problem, except yourself, and when you get old, you regret all your wrongdoings in life.

I was fortunate enough to be an introvert, and so observe the happenings in life, with a silent mouth.

I observe that as people age, they lose common sense and their understanding of common logic.

The only person that can teach them a well-deserved lesson is father time, and when they have wasted most of their life, they are put to rest not to rest in peace, but to rest in regrets.

Like I said earlier, I consider myself lucky in life, as I met an older man, who impacted my life greatly in the ways of wisdom.

Also, I don’t normally speak out (since I only observe), so this post is the only avenue, I might try to change your mindset.

As such, you have to understand that, wisdom is making a complex idea, digestible, and not making simple ideas complex.

I know you might be lost right now, and are probably thinking whether you are reading the right post.

Yes, this is a post about how to sleep early, but before I can show you how to sleep early, I need to restore balance in your fucked up mind.

You to be honest with yourself

Before a solution can be created, a problem has to be identified, and before you can identify a problem, your mind needs to be alive and alert.

This is the main reason, I am writing down this boring long passage, because, I know that no matter, how much I talk to you, if your mind is not delivered from stupidity, then your body cannot be delivered from insomnia, your feeble mind cause.

But like a good sensei, I need to take all my students along (don’t feel bad, I took a jab at you, it was a healthy jab).

So without much further ado, below are some of the main reasons why you cannot wake up early.

The first and most important reason, why many people can’t fall asleep is that they have many health challenges.

Also, it is said, health is wealth, and even if you have all the money in the world, without good health, it is useless.

Sicknesses

Some microorganisms like bacteria, viruses, pathogens, and fungi can manipulate the enzymes and hormones in your body, which causes you to stay awake at night.

In fact, a study done on some ants found that particular fungus could manipulate ants and cause them to behave in a certain kind of way.

Just overnight, I became a pig, with one of the most stinking rooms in the existence of the world.

Parents tried to advise me, but I wouldn’t listen.

I would eat, and leave it on the couch because I wanted to get to my favorite web series, living life, was just a pain in my butt.

Before I knew it, 1 minute, turned to 2 hours, and 2 hours, turned into 12 hours, and before I knew it, it was daybreak.

Then I began, feeling sleepy.

Masturbation Addiction

If masturbation was a 100 meters Olympic sprint, then I will be Usain Bolt.

I wake up, I masturbate, I wash my clothes, I masturbate, till it reached a point that, I could masturbate from hearing the word sex.

Needless, to say, this affected my life tremendously, and I was always feeling sleepy all the time.

Before I knew it, I had fallen asleep during the daytime, which was supposed to be my most productive hours, then in the night when I was supposed to fall asleep, I couldn’t.

Then I stayed awake and watched more online videos, till daybreak, then fall asleep in the morning. And the vicious cycle keeps going on, and on.

I wouldn’t be talking about other addictions like alcohol, although serious, it isn’t as vicious as masturbation and video addiction.

Procrastination

Another vicious addiction many people have is procrastinating.

As humans, we get so fixated on the past and future, but never give heed to the present, which is a gift to us from the universe.

Some people procrastinate so much, they even procrastinate their sleeping schedule, and as such, can’t fall asleep early, which results in them not waking up early.

I like to tell people the truth. There is only one way to find fulfillment in life; the easy way.

Of course, you have freedom of choice, you can choose to accept these tips, then move forward with your life, or you can choose to disregard them completely, make more mistakes, then blame everybody around you, but not blaming yourself.

    This will go a long way, in helping relieve stress from your body.

    Then wait 4-6 months for google to start showing your love.
    Don’t copy other people’s content, as you will get penalized, by google, but your work can be at least 5% derivative.
    Without having your own money, you will live a stressful life, which at the end of the day, causes you to do other toxic things.
    You need to work fast because, like bitcoin, the blogging market will get saturated, then you will start biting your fingers and blaming everybody around you.
    I don’t teach about blogging, because like I said, you just need to produce at least 150 articles on your site, with at least 2000 words, then you start making money.
    Avoid saturated niches, like fitness, and others, just do your research and find profitable niches.
    When you become self-employed, then you can wake up anytime on your own terms.
  2. If you are sick, you need to rid yourself of all ailments.
