If you have a body mass index above 35, then most certainly this plan isn’t for you, due to the overwhelming risk of acquiring injuries.

But this doesn’t mean, I am abandoning you.

    As such, a model has to be crafted for you, from a person with the right timing of execution.
    This is the main reason, why celebrities recruit fitness trainers.

Taking Responsibility

In this section, we will be going through the different problems you face. But bare with me it will be quite long since I don’t know you or your body type.

1. Health

Did you know that the zombie fungus can actually hijack the inner workings of ants?

Basically, what I am trying to say is that microorganisms in the form of bacteria, viruses, fungi and disease pathogens, can hijack your immune system and cause you to gain weight.

As such, your first priority should be to have optimum health.

2. Food

We were all though in school that there were six classes of foods, and we were also thought their functions.

  1. Carbohydrates (energy giving foods)
  2. Fats (energy giving foods)
  3. Proteins (bodybuilding foods)
  4. Vitamins (organic essential foods)
  5. Minerals (inorganic essential foods)
  6. Water (life-giving food)

The definition above is self-explanatory. The problem I have is that people consume lots of carbohydrates and expect to be ripped. Isn’t that stupid?

So, therefore, if you want to build your muscles you need to eat more bodybuilding foods (proteins).’

If you want to lose fats, you eat less energy-giving foods (carbs), and if you want to remain healthy, you consume more water, vitamins, and minerals.

3. Exercise

I don’t know about you, but I prefer working smart, instead of working hard.

I achieve this by not giving a damn what other people think about me.

In the same vein, I do workouts that give me the best results instead of fancy workouts that look good, but at the end of the day, yield almost zero results.

From my years of experience, these exercises give the best results:

  1. Swimming (optional, but most important, since pools are sparse).
  2. Squats
  3. Bench leg raises
  4. Jogging
  5. Running

4. Sleep

Sleep is an important part of your quest for finding how to lose weight fast in 2 weeks.

A normal human requires at least 8 hours of sleep daily. You on the other part should not sleep less than 9 hours daily.

Avoid using your laptops or phones in the night. Stop checking those social media messages. Just switch off your phone and sleep.

1. Water Flush

The water flush is the most important activity in your quest of losing weight fast in 2 weeks.

In other words, you will not be able to lose enough weight, if you don’t incorporate the water flush into your weight loss regimen.

The water flush simply entails flushing your digestive system three times in a day with 1.5 liters of room temperature water.

At first, it seems hard, but with practice comes mastery.

How to do the Water Flush?

Unlike the saltwater flush, the freshwater flush follows the following steps:

  1. First thing on waking up, drink 1.5 liters of room temperature water within 5 mins.
  2. By noon, drink another 1.5 liters of water within 5 mins.
  3. By 6 pm or in the evening, drink another 1.5 liters of water within 5 mins.

Note: Water should not be salty, and must be at room temperature (not warm or ice-cold).

2. VegCspice Smoothie

VegCspice stands for:

  • Veg – Vegetables (any type of vegetable)
  • C – Citrus (orange, lime, lemon, grapefruit or tangerine, vitamin c tablets can also be used) and coffee
  • Spice – Spice (any type of spice)

Basically, it is just a blended mixture of vegetables, citrus (vitamin c tablets), coffee and spices, to create the most potent fat-burning smoothie in existence.

Honey is sometimes added to the mixture to sweeten it.

The basic preparation of the smoothie is as follows:

  1. Wash the ingredients for the smoothie. ie, vegetables, spice and citrus.
  2. Squeeze the citrus into the blender or cup (whichever way you prefer).
  3. Chop the vegetables and spices into fine pieces.
  4. Dump the contents into a blender and blend, till you have a frothy consistency.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a cup and drink.

Note: You should never add sugar, to this mixture

3. Bad Habits

  1. Stop sucking in your stomach to look fit.
  2. Lean on your obliques.
  3. Go to the toilet regularly.

Preparation

  1. Get the perfect health blueprint if you are facing any health challenges (optional).
  2. Make your home gym by getting the following equipment.
    Barbell
    Bench
    Skipping rope
    Bicycle (optional)
  3. Get a 1.5-liter bottle for your water flush (Very important).
    You can buy a 1.5-liter coke or Fanta, and use the plastic container.
  4. Stock your house with lots of eggs, rice, potatoes, yogurts, vegetables, etc.

2 weeks Weight loss program

Unfortunately, 99% of people are not ready for the truth, and Guess What? That includes you.

I mean, think about why you are here in the first place, you wanted a shortcut in life.

As a fitness coach, I don’t recommend trying to lose weight fast in 2 weeks.

  2. You will feel an uncontrollable urge to use the restroom. Do not resist this urge, go to your toilet and poop, cleansing your colon in the process.
  3. Eat a breakfast rich in proteins (eggs, meat or beans), vegetables and low carbs.
  4. Your exercise routine is this:
    3 sets of 20 reps bench leg raise
    4 sets of 20 reps barbell squats
  5. Take your bath, and start the day. If you have a job, go to work.

Afternoon:

  1. First thing in the afternoon, flush your colon with 1.5 liters of room temperature water.
  2. Go to the toilet and poop.
  3. Clean and disinfect your hands, then go and eat lunch, rich in proteins, vegetables, and carbs.

Evening:

  1. First thing you should do, when at home, is to flush your system with 1.5 liters of room temperature water.
  2. Go to the toilet and poop once more.
  3. Prepare your dinner and eat.
  4. Wait for 30 mins to elapse after dinner, then do the following exercise:

Afternoon:

  3. Go and eat a lunch rich in vegetables, proteins, and carbs. Vegetables have cellulose (fiber), which will help in clearing your colon.

Evening:

  2. As usual, go to the toilet and take a big poop, this is to rid your colon of yesterday’s food.
  3. Drink 2 cups of VegCspice smoothie
  4. For your exercise, today, do the following:

    3 sets of 100 meters sprint
  5. Go take your bath and start the day.

Afternoon:
