Why Competitive Eaters like Matt Stonie are so Skinny and don’t gain weight.

I like to break things down, into smaller bits, so my brains can digest them better. Surprisingly, if you are very observant in life, you will discover that, most things are similar, but might be shaped differently.

For example, the plane and the bird are similar but shaped differently.

Similarly, a drain (gutter), and the intestines of a human, are similar but shaped differently.

At this point, a sharp mind, should have realize where I am taking this, but in summary, a drainage (gutter) can get clogged, and the intestines of a man can also get clogged up.

Surprisingly, competitive eaters have trained their bodies, to have a less congested digestive tract, an adaptation of the body, which arises from the frequent and massive amounts of foods, ingested into the system.

To cope with this frequent, and massive amounts of foods, the body the learns how to adapt, by decongesting the digestive tract.

As such, the competive eater can eat massive amounts of foods without getting fat, and obese.

That been said, this adaptation is not a fool proof strategy. Asides the body adaptation, most competitive eaters are addicted to going to the gym to work out, thereby burning off excess calories.
