I just followed the guide and was surprised.
I am pissed with the fact that this exercise and meal plan, only caters to non-vegans.
Who creates a weight loss plan for only non-vegans?
Until they create a diet plan for vegans. I will be giving them 2 stars.

I am a vegan, so I am giving this plan a 4 stars, because I bought it expecting something differently.
Nevertheless, my junior sister enjoyed it.
I made a mistake and bought the product not realizing, it didn’t have vegan meal plans.
Although I loved the exercises, I am a vegan, and cannot follow the non-vegan meal plans.
This is by far the best 30 days exercise program.
But I didn’t like the non-vegan meal plan. So, I will be leaving a three-star review.
Please do a vegan plan.

Exercises, and meal plan are also given. I lost a lot of weight following this simple guide.
What I like about this guide, is how it is arranged to maximize efficiency.
I was a little surprise, at not making myself accountable for my daily activities.
In my life, I haven’t seen such a detailed guide.
